Sauti Sol is by far the leading band in Kenya. Their dedication in producing good music is all the way up and has raised the bar for other local artists.
Apart from being the best in matters music, Sauti sol’s sense of fashion is also one that is to be emulated since it has made them stand out from the rest.
One or two times however, Sauti Sol have faced the wrath of social media users who termed their sense of style as ‘gayish’.
That aside,the band today woke up to news that a pic of them has been featured at the Brighton Museum & Art Gallery in the UK.
The Museum usually brings together the arts and history to tell stories about the city and the world we live in.
This is the first time the Exhibition has featured the Contemporary African Fashion and this is a big thumbs up to Sauti Sol’s designer Annabel Onyango and the band at large.
Sauti Sol wore the outfits featured in the exhibition during the Coke Studio Africa Perfomance with Nigeria’s Yemi Alade.
Congratulations are in order Sauti Sol,See outfit below;
We're super honored to have our picture and style featured on the #FashionCitiesAfrica exhibition at Brighton Museum & Art Gallery. This is the first major UK exhibition dedicated to contemporary African fashion. We wore the outfits last year during our #CokeStudioAfrica performance with @yemialade Styling: @is_munga @sunnydolat
