For the skin surface you could mix the sugar grains with olive or Coconut oil. Using your hands massage the mixture on you face and have it on for a period of between 10 to 20 minutes. Rinse afterwards with lukewarm water and pat dry.
For other parts of the body, mix it with mashed bananas, before taking a bath apply that paste all over your body, and then afterwards go on with your shower routine as usual.
Clogged pores cause blackheads and pimples but using sugar helps open up the pores and cause a fresh flow of air in the skin improving its glow. It does so by removing excessive oils, dirt that accumulate on the skin surface.
To enhance its effectiveness, add lemon juice and then massage the mixture on to your face, rinse afterwards with lukewarm water, followed by cold water and pat dry.
